Why 2025 sheets still get searched
"DHgate spreadsheet 2025" gets about 1,600 searches a month across the US, UK and Canada, more than the current-year version. Part of that is habit: many of the most-shared lists were made during the April 2025 surge, when DHgate briefly became the second most downloaded free iPhone app in the US, and they kept the year in their title. Part is that monthly versions, "September 2025", "October 2025", were posted on TikTok and Linktree and people still look for the newest one they remember. The lists themselves did not age well.
What broke in a 2025 list
| Row type | What happened | Can it be saved? |
|---|---|---|
| DHgate product link | Seller closed the shop or relisted; old item number returns an error | Sometimes: search the seller name or the photo on DHgate |
| DHgate seller link | Usually still works; sellers change items more often than stores | Yes, check recent reviews before ordering |
| CNFans or Pandabuy link | Agent closed (Aug 2026 and Apr 2024) | Yes: extract the Taobao or Weidian ID and open it on a working agent |
| ACBuy or AllChinaBuy link | Reported closed or offline since August 2026 | Same as above |
| Price column | Pre-tariff US prices; duty now due on every US parcel | No, re-price including import costs |
Seller links and marketplace IDs survive; prices and agent wrappers do not.
The cost change nobody updated
Many 2025 lists quoted prices that assumed US parcels under $800 entered duty-free. That ended for Chinese goods in May 2025 and for every country on 29 August 2025. If you are in the US, a 2025 price is now the price before duty, and whether you pay that duty at checkout or to the carrier depends on the shipping option. UK, Canadian and Australian buyers were less affected, but EU buyers, including those in the Netherlands, face a new €3 duty per item category since 1 July 2026. The calculator adds tax back in.
How to rescue an old sheet in four steps
- Copy all links into the link sorter; it separates DHgate listings from Taobao, Weidian and 1688 items and shows each item ID.
- Open the DHgate rows. Dead ones: try the seller's storefront instead of the product.
- Open the Taobao and Weidian IDs on a working agent from the status table.
- Delete anything you cannot verify with a recent photo review or warehouse photo.
What about 2024 and 2023 lists?
Searches for 2024 and 2023 versions are small, about 100 a month combined, and the lists are worse off: they predate the Pandabuy closure in April 2024, so a large share of their agent rows point at a dead site. Treat them as a source of seller names at most.
Where the current version lives
The homepage covers the DHgate spreadsheet for 2026, and the best DHgate spreadsheet page scores the public lists that are still maintained. If a monthly list matters to you, the honest advice is to prefer sources that refresh automatically over ones that someone has to remember to update.
Use a 2025 list for seller names and item IDs, never for prices or agent links.
The monthly lists of 2025
A distinctive feature of 2025 was the monthly list: "DHgate spreadsheet May 2025", "September 2025", "October 2025" and so on, each posted as a new Linktree or TikTok drop. Semrush still records small search volumes for several of those month names. The pattern worked as marketing, because every month gave creators a reason to post again, but it meant each list was abandoned as soon as the next appeared. Many of the monthly lists were also largely the same rows reshuffled, with a few new items at the top. If you are holding one, the newest rows are the most likely to still work.
What changed between 2025 and 2026
| Area | 2025 | 2026 |
|---|---|---|
| US import | Duty-free parcels ended for China in May, everywhere in August | Every parcel owes duty; duties-paid lines matter |
| EU import | VAT from the first euro | Plus €3 per item category under €150 from 1 July |
| Agents | CNFans, ACBuy and AllChinaBuy still operating | All three closed or offline since August |
| Mulebuy | Fast-growing, well reviewed | Unconfirmed raid reports in August, status Reported |
| DHgate attention | April surge to No. 2 on the US App Store | Steady, with tariff-aware buyers |
The DHgate side of a 2025 list changed least; the agent side changed most.
Should you still use DHgate rows from 2025?
Yes, with checks. DHgate sellers who were good in 2025 are often still trading, and their store links usually work. What you should not trust is the old review snapshot: open the listing and read the newest reviews. A seller who had glowing reviews last year and a run of complaints this summer has changed something, often suppliers. The seller vetting page lists the specific warning signs.
Saving the agent rows
For agent rows, the underlying Taobao and Weidian items are often still listed even though the agent is gone. Converting them takes a minute per batch with the link sorter; then pick an agent marked Working in the status table. If you would rather not open an account, send the converted links to our WhatsApp service for a delivered quote.
In short, a 2025 list is an archive: useful for names and IDs, misleading for prices, and dangerous only if you trust it without checking.
FAQ
Is there an official DHgate spreadsheet 2025?
No. DHgate does not publish spreadsheets; every list is community-made.
Why do my 2025 DHgate links show an error?
The seller removed or relisted the item. Try the seller's store page or search the product photo on DHgate.
Are 2025 prices still accurate?
Rarely. US buyers now owe duty on every parcel, and many sellers changed prices after April 2025.
What happened to the monthly 2025 lists?
Most stopped updating. Prefer sources that refresh themselves.
Is a 2026 DHgate spreadsheet better than a 2025 one?
Only if it is actually maintained. A year in the title is marketing; the update date and link health are what count.
