Status on 6 October 2026
Superbuy was reachable and taking orders when we checked on 6 October 2026, and rep.tools listed it as up on 31 August with no credible shutdown reports. Its Trustpilot page showed a TrustScore of 4.5 with around a thousand reviews, and the newest review was dated 4 October, the kind of steady flow you expect from a large, working agent. In a year when CNFans, ACBuy and AllChinaBuy all closed, an agent that has operated since 2012 offers something younger agents cannot: a long record of surviving changes in the market.

Superbuy's strengths
Superbuy's tooling reflects its age. The official freight estimator lets you enter weight, dimensions and destination and see line prices before you buy, which helps compare it with a DHgate order using the calculator. Its workflow, buy, QC, consolidate and ship, is mature, and it has been reliable enough that a newer agent, AllChinaBuy, was widely reported to run on Superbuy's platform. The US is its largest search market, followed by the UK and Canada, which matches the countries this site covers.
Superbuy's trade-offs
Superbuy does not advertise a 0% service fee the way newer agents do; charges vary by order, so the fee appears at checkout. Reviews mention shipping price adjustments and fewer budget lines than some competitors, which can make a light haul cost more. Compared with KakoBuy's 100-day storage or Joyagoo's no-commission model, Superbuy competes on stability rather than headline price.
Superbuy suits buyers who value a long record over the lowest headline fee; compare the full quote before choosing.
Superbuy and AllChinaBuy
AllChinaBuy, now showing only a maintenance notice blaming a hacker attack, was widely reported to run on Superbuy's platform. That does not mean Superbuy is affected, and Superbuy itself continued operating normally. If you held an AllChinaBuy spreadsheet, its Taobao and Weidian items can be opened on Superbuy or any other working agent; see the AllChinaBuy page.
What to confirm on Superbuy before ordering
- Fees: "Varies by order; check at checkout"; compare the final checkout total, not the headline.
- Reviews: 4.5 / 5, about 1,000 reviews; read the ten newest before paying.
- Activity: newest review 4 October 2026; a long gap is a reason to test small.
- Status: Working (checked 6 Oct 2026); re-check the site on the day you pay.
- Community: strongest in United States, so look for reviews from buyers near you.
Using Superbuy with a DHgate spreadsheet
If your spreadsheet came from TikTok or a Linktree page, expect a mix: DHgate listings you buy directly, and Chinese marketplace links that need an agent such as Superbuy. Superbuy accepts Taobao, Weidian and 1688 links; use its estimator to compare the consolidated parcel with buying the DHgate rows directly.
Who searches for Superbuy
For context on reach: Superbuy attracted around 96,100 monthly searches worldwide in Semrush's late-September 2026 data, with the United States (22,200), the United Kingdom (9,900), Canada (5,400) at the top. The spreadsheet variant had about 720 US searches a month.
If you want a second option
Keep a backup agent in mind: Joyagoo, KakoBuy, CSSBuy are the closest comparisons. Status for every agent sits on the agent index.
How they compared on our 6 October 2026 check:
| Agent | Status | Trustpilot (reviews) | Newest review |
|---|---|---|---|
| Superbuy | Working | 4.5 (~1,000) | 4 Oct 2026 |
| Joyagoo | Working | 4.6 (2,922) | 9 Sep 2026 |
| KakoBuy | Working | 4.2 (311) | 5 Oct 2026 |
| CSSBuy | Working | 4.2 | 29 Sep 2026 |
Ordering through Superbuy step by step
Paste a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 link into Superbuy's search or order page, choose the size and colour, and pay for the item plus Chinese domestic shipping. Superbuy buys it, the seller ships to its warehouse, and you receive inspection photos once it arrives. When everything you want is in storage, you submit a parcel, choose a line from the freight estimator, pay international shipping and wait for tracking. If an item in the photos is wrong, ask for a return to the seller before you ship; the return is cheap while the item is still in China.
Who Superbuy suits
Superbuy suits buyers who value a long operating record and a predictable process, US and UK buyers in particular, and anyone who wants to price shipping precisely before buying. Buyers looking for the lowest possible fees or very long free storage may prefer KakoBuy or Joyagoo; compare quotes for the same parcel before deciding.
Superbuy and older spreadsheets
Because Superbuy has been around since 2012, many very old spreadsheets were built for it, and its link formats have changed over the years. If an old Superbuy row fails, extract the underlying Taobao or Weidian ID and paste a fresh link instead.
Stability is Superbuy's selling point: after the closures of 2026, that counts for more than it used to.
