Litbuy spreadsheet: still operating after a false shutdown rumour, with recent complaints worth reading

Status on 6 October 2026

In early June 2026 a claim spread that Litbuy had shut down. rep.tools checked and found it false, and on 31 August listed Litbuy as up and taking orders. Our own check on 6 October 2026 found the site working. Its Trustpilot page displayed no TrustScore; our notes from late September recorded the score as withdrawn for a guideline breach, with almost all of its roughly 580 reviews posted in the last year, typical of a fast-growing agent. The newest review we saw was dated 21 September.

Why Litbuy grew

Litbuy only appeared in search data in the past year and rose quickly, reaching about 59,600 monthly searches worldwide in September 2026, led by Germany with 22,200 and France with 12,100. Like other newer agents, it attracted buyers with shipping coupons and an easy interface. Rapid growth is also why it became the target of rumours; a large new user base reacts quickly to any outage.

Recent complaints

Among the newest reviews are complaints about a shipping partner line and about shipping coupons whose conditions buyers found restrictive. Those are not signs of a shutdown, but they are the kind of friction to expect from an agent growing fast. With no score displayed, read the five or ten newest reviews in full before topping up.

Operating normally despite the rumour; read recent reviews and check coupon conditions before relying on them.

How the false rumour started

Shutdown rumours about agents follow a pattern: a short outage, a delayed parcel wave or a commission change, then a viral video. Litbuy's June rumour fitted that pattern and was not supported by any confirmation, dead domain or documented raid, the evidence that accompanied real closures like CNFans and Pandabuy. Our agent index uses the same standard.

Coupon conditions

Shipping coupons usually require a minimum parcel value, a specific line or a time window. Read them before building a parcel around a discount, and compare the discounted price with a full-price line at another agent.

Litbuy for German buyers

Germany is Litbuy's largest market. EU rules apply: VAT from the first euro and €3 per item category under €150 since July 2026. Choose a line that includes tax if you want to avoid a carrier's handling charge.

Moving a Litbuy list

Dedicated Litbuy spreadsheets are rare; most are converted from other agents. If you decide to move, extract the item IDs with the link sorter and open them on any working agent.

What to confirm on Litbuy before ordering

• Fees: "Not published on accessible pages"; compare the final checkout total, not the headline.
• Reviews: No score displayed; withdrawn per our September notes; read the ten newest before paying.
• Activity: newest review 21 September 2026; a long gap is a reason to test small.
• Status: Working (checked 6 Oct 2026); re-check the site on the day you pay.

Using Litbuy with a DHgate spreadsheet

Using Litbuy alongside DHgate is straightforward once the list is split: DHgate rows go to DHgate, everything from Taobao, Weidian or 1688 goes to Litbuy, and the two parcels travel separately. Keep DHgate rows on DHgate and send Taobao and Weidian rows to Litbuy.

Who searches for Litbuy

For context on reach: Litbuy attracted around 59,600 monthly searches worldwide in Semrush's late-September 2026 data, with Germany (22,200), France (12,100), the United States (6,600) at the top. The spreadsheet variant had about 590 US searches a month.

If you want a second option

Keep a backup agent in mind: Hipobuy, KakoBuy, USFans are the closest comparisons. Status for every agent sits on the agent index.

How they compared on our 6 October 2026 check:

Litbuy compared with other fast-growing agents

Litbuy belongs to the group of agents that grew quickly in 2025 and 2026, alongside Hipobuy, USFans and Oopbuy. All four attracted users with coupons and modern interfaces, and three of the four have had their Trustpilot scores withdrawn or not displayed. That pattern says more about how fast-growing agents solicit reviews than about their service, but it does mean the newest reviews are the only reliable signal for all of them.

What would change its status

If recent reviews start to describe orders not being purchased or withdrawals stalling, Litbuy would move to Reported; if the site went down with no explanation, Offline. Until then, it stays Working.

A rumour is not a status. Litbuy's working site and continuing reviews are what count, and both were present on our October check.
